HLTV.org is on the scene at the National Western Complex to give you complete coverage of DreamHack Open Denver.
Eight teams will fight from Friday to Sunday to see who will lift the trophy and walk away with a lion's share of the $100,000 prize pool. The first match of the event will feature Cloud9 against Tempo Storm's Brazilian side, who will be making their LAN debut with Ricardo "s1" Shinji.
Another notable LAN debut will be that of NRG's Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce, who was only recently added to the squad on trial. Also in attendance are German outfit BIG, and LDLC, who were a last-minute replacement for HellRaisers.
Today will feature the opening and winners' best-of-one matches, seeing two teams booking playoff spots. Tomorrow, four teams will be sent packing as the elimination and decider matches are played. Sunday will see the playoff bracket take place, at the end of which a champion will be crowned.
